CMTS has extensive experience providing construction quality assurance on large capital programs. Our team of construction professionals, and building code certified inspectors are an integral part of a program/construction management team. Our staff provides the necessary on-site monitoring of critical construction means, methods and materials by utilizing the projects electronic reporting to identify and document deficiencies in workmanship or materials that are not in compliance with approved construction plans, specifications, and documentation. We have a national reach and are working as an integral part of the quality assurance team on programs as large as a multi-billion aviation program to small local municipal and or educational development programs.
Our experienced design team offers planning and engineering services that focuses on public works water and wastewater design and utility coordination. We are experts in tunneling and water/wastewater resources and have worked with various public utility clients utilizing a wide range of delivery methods. For 35 years we have worked closely with our clients at every stage of a project, assisting them with planning, permitting, design, project management, construction, and start-up. Our design team provides cost-effective design and construction management services that have include large-diameter interceptor sewers and combined sewer overflows to smaller diameter force mains and trunk sewers.
We have the experience, expertise, and resources to assist both public and private sector clients in addressing the comprehensive impacts of devastating natural events. Our experience includes post disaster services ranging from earthquakes in California, flooding in Colorado and hurricanes in Florida. Our expertise includes preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery. We offer a wide range of post-disaster incident management support, including:
