CMTS was selected to provide DSA Inspection Services for various District-wide construction projects. Some of the projects scheduled to be completed include the addition of new classrooms to existing facilities, modular classrooms, a new cafeteria, shower/locker room facilities and the replacement of a competition-sized swimming pool.
CMTS provided continuous DSA Inspection outlining contractors’ plans and specifications, reviewing and approving material conformance and testing reports and administering operation procedure files for the District and the Division of the State Architect. Daily logs were summarized into semi-monthly reports, including photographic documentation of the construction progress, that are submitted to the District, Architect and Construction Manager for each project.
